Late & Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment, and we’d be happy to rebook it for you.

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours prior to you appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.

Please be considerate of the appointments after you and come on time, after a 5 minute courtesy massage time will need to end at allotted time. 

​

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

 

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
